Redeeming it is super easy: the voucher is valid for a full three years and can be used online for all our escape rooms and even for our online games.

If you don't have a credit card or PayPal, then send us a Email And you can pay for the voucher by bank transfer.

The value of the voucher will be deducted from your order. So, if you purchased a voucher for 120 Euros, but in the end 6 people want to play, you will only need to pay the difference. If fewer people play, the remaining value will be kept on the voucher.

For an additional €3, you can also have the voucher sent to your home by post. You will receive a high-quality card and a black envelope. When ordering, please select the „Card by Post“ option in addition to the voucher.
